To maintain the highest standards of service and community, we ask all members to uphold these guidelines. Repeated violations, misconduct, or actions that compromise the integrity or reputation of Aurora may result in membership review or termination.
- Respect & Courtesy – Members are expected to engage with Aurora’s platform, team, service partners, and fellow members with professionalism, kindness, and mutual respect.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment – Any form of abuse, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward the Aurora team, service partners, community, or platform will trigger an immediate membership review. This includes offensive or abusive language in direct interactions or through Aurora’s AI.
- Reasonable Requests – While we strive to fulfill every request, some may not be possible due to legal, ethical, availability, or logistical constraints.
- Use of Aurora-Introduced Vendors & Contacts – Members may not independently reach out to vendors, providers, or contacts introduced through Aurora unless explicitly granted permission. Bypassing Aurora violates our communication protocols and jeopardizes long-standing industry relationships. This includes direct outreach to individuals (e.g. GMs, chefs, concierges, reservation heads) for bookings or favors. Such behavior may result in membership review or termination.
- Dinner Reservation Cancellations & No-Shows – A maximum of two last-minute (under 1 hour) cancellations or no-shows per calendar year is permitted. Restaurant partners hold grace periods so that they can maintain their seating schedules - past the grace period, reservations cannot be guaranteed.
- Excessive Refund Requests – Repeated or unreasonable refund requests may be subject to review and could impact ongoing membership.
- Excessive Unfulfilled or Cancelled Requests – Excessive unfulfilled or cancelled requests may be subject to review and could impact ongoing membership.
- Outstanding Balances – Unpaid balances may lead to suspension or revocation of membership.
- Fair Use of Perks – Aurora-arranged perks, exclusive tickets, and experiences are for personal use only. Reselling or leveraging them for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
- Confidentiality & Discretion – Members may receive privileged access, recommendations, or opportunities not available to the public. Sharing or circulating these in ways that undermine their exclusivity is not permitted.
- Direct Communication & Relationships – If you choose to communicate or transact directly with a vendor, please note that Aurora will be unable to support or advocate for the request. Working with Aurora is the best way to ensure personalization, preferential treatment, convenience, reliability, and pricing.
